Bio

     Vocal-I's is a group conceived by Jahfreei in a quest to bring a choir sound to reggae music. The group started with 3 vocalist in 2019. The pandemic came shortly after the group was formed and two years passed by with no activity. The band came back together in 2022 to finish a CD and began performing. Vocal-I's combines good vocals and harmonies with roots rock reggae and a positive message.

     Vocal-I's played their first show at Sessions on March 23 and all in attendance and staff and bartender gave rave reviews. The next show was at The Big Dirty in April and once again they had the crowd on their feet and dancing for the whole show. In May they played to a full house at Public House and promoter Christine Ann proclaimed them as the roots rock reggae band of Eugene. On July 7 they performed an hour set at Kesey Square and the audience was begging for an encore but the PA had to be shut down by 1:00pm.
